A 10k race (about 6.2 miles) is an achievable but challenging distance for a beginner looking to move up from 5k races and Parkruns. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.10k runs are perhaps the most popular running events in the UK. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. How many other car brands can make this claim? This speaks volumes on the Toyota 4 Runner's durability and reliability.

The last 3rd generation 4 Runner came out in 2002. Definitely there are a lot more 3rd generation than the 4th generation model. One last thing, here in California I still see many 3rd generation 4Runners still on the road. The car is so reliable that I look forward to driving it well over 300K miles.

I don't drive the car anymore on long distance trips but I'm sure if I have too it's still more than capable. These last 6 to 7 years I had 2 major issues, one is the fuel injection which cost about $900 and the brake system which cost $1,800. The first 16 years of ownership besides basic maintenance including replacing the brake pads and tires, I absolutely didn't have any issues with the car. These trucks will run forever if you do the basic maintenance like changing the oil every 3 to 5K miles ( I tend to change it every 3.5K miles), replace the plugs every 80K miles, replace the timing belt every 100K miles etc. The engine and transmission runs perfectly just as it was 23 years ago.
